With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca founded Folsom Engineering in 2019 with a hope to fill a need for cost efficient, high quality design services to clients. Since those early days, she has expanded the company to meet increased demand for design services as well as to be able to offer an array of Geologic and Environmental solutions for her clients.
Rebecca has experience in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resource Engineering, Stormwater Design, Land Development, and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design, and has provided services to the local Oil & Gas industry for over 10 years. She has developed design templates and methodologies for the emerging oil & gas industry in a developing regulatory program while also establishing strong relationships with state, SRBC, and local regulators to ensure long term project success.
